Gelato is Italian ice cream and is
mainly made with milk and not cream. Gelato is lower in fat than American ice
cream, allowing your mouth to taste the true and intense flavors of our premium
ingredients. Because gelato is lower in fat, extra air is not whipped into the
gelato as in ice cream, giving you a dense intense treat. As an added bonus,
gelato also has less sugar and calories than ice cream!
Sorbetto is Italian sorbet and is made with filtered water, sugar and fresh
fruit. Unlike most sorbets and sherberts, our sorbetto is made only with whole
fruit that is at the height of its season, and not with purees, frozen fruit,
canned fruit or fruit extracts. We think you can taste the difference.
Both gelato and sorbetto are all-natural treats that do not use artificial
flavors, colors or preservatives.
